Junior Model Call | Elk River Senior Pictures | Winter Photo Session

I am super excited to announce a fun session I am planning for the end of February!  It will be so much fun!  If you are a high school junior and are interested in a super fun AND FREE winter photo session, please apply below! Deadline is February 1, 2018!

I am looking for 8-10 fun and outgoing high school junior girls to spend a couple of hours  having a blast with us on the afternoon of Sunday, February 25 (weather permitting).

I will take individual photos of you, and also a few group shots. This is an awesome way to make new friends! You will receive 5 watermarked images for social media*, a personal online image gallery, a mobile app of images and a great swag bag of goodies. This is all free to you. You will also be featured on my website, blog, and social media. The entire session will be on my Snapchat story.

One of my favorite senior sessions was in the middle of winter. Check out Kate's session at Woodland Trails Park in Elk River here!

1. You must be a current high school junior, Class of 2019.

2. You must follow me on Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and Facebook (if applicable).

3. You must be available on Sunday, February 25 for the photo shoot. No cancellations, please!

4. You must be outgoing and love to have your picture taken!

5. You must be active on social media and willing to share your session experience and images and tag From Moments to Memories. When I post photos of you, you will be expected to share the images.

6. Recommend me to your friends when you post the images that you share.

7. I also ask that you send me a little blurb about what you are most excited for in your upcoming senior year.

8. Parental consent is required.

9. Models and a Parent/Guardian must sign a contract with full model release for advertising purposes.

10. Makeup, hair and clothing will not be offered; however, I can provide names of places to help in that regard.

* The social media images you receive are not printable, but you can purchase high resolution images with a print release at a discounted price!

It’s important to note this session does not replace your senior portrait session. It is simply a fun photo shoot! If, after the session, you wish to use me as your senior photographer and book before or during my "Senior Week" (May), you will receive 20% off your senior session price (valid for Emerald and Diamond packages with deposit paid). *offered only to junior models of this session.

I have 7 years of experience photographing seniors and was just Voted Best Photographer in the 2018 Elk River Star News Readers Choice Awards.

{Kate} Super Fun Winter Senior Photo Session | Elk River Senior Photography

When Kate's mom contacted me about a winter senior photo session, I was so excited! Kate is a fun, energetic and beautiful girl. I haven't done a winter session since....well....last winter!  We have had a pretty mild winter, and just enough snow at Woodland Trails in Elk River, to pull off the session.

Kate's outfits were perfect for the shoot. I loved the color coordination and accessories. Her winter coat with the fur trim really made her eyes pop! It was a beautiful day, although the temperature at the time of the shoot was about 12 degrees, she was a trooper and you would never know by looking at the photos. Typical Minnesota winter!

Kate is a member of the Class of 2017. She loves to dance, travel and anything to do with the outdoors. She is also a member of DECA and recently traveled to New York with the senior group. I am so glad she was up to having fun walking the trails and trekking in the snow for some wonderful senior photos!  Kate plans to attend the University of North Dakota after graduation.

Kate and her mom loved her senior session, and her advice to others getting ready for their senior shoot?  Just be yourself!

Thanks, Kate, for your awesomeness!  I hope you continue to have a great senior year!
